JAYSON WOLBERT THE ENTREPRENEUR
Jayson has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. As a young kid Jayson watched his Dad struggle between a full-time job and his side hustle (Empire Lock & Alarm). Jayson often shares the story of how his Dad was turning down certain locksmith jobs because he didn't want to spend the $500.00 to buy a specialized key cutter. As an 7-year-old kid Jayson went out and did odd jobs for the neighbors, to make the money to buy this key cutter. Wanting to make money for this key cutter is what led to Jayson's first business, a subscription-based trash can hauling service. Jayson's neighbors would pay him weekly to haul their full trash cans to the street and back when empty.
Jayson had a several small businesses and side hustles all through middle school and high school, including one of the first pet-setting businesses in Middle Tennessee. Jayson had always worked in the family locksmith business. After his twin boys were born Jayson started working full time for his Dad. Personal issues were causing Jayson's dad to neglect the locksmithing business. As it was about to close down Jayson and his wife Ronica made his dad an offer and bought the failing business. After rebuilding and re-branding that business they turned it into a million-dollar company. Jayson has since turned over the majority of that business to Ronica so he could focus his time on investing in real-estate, starting a career as an actor, and starting a Gun Company.
