A good coach can help you get to where you want to be.

Jayson Wolbert is the owner of Empire Lock & Safe, a wildly successful locksmith company in Nashville TN. (The locksmith the Tennessee Titans turn to when they need a locksmith). In 2020 Jayson built, (and later sold) Discreet Pain Relief, LLC an online CBD / Delta 8 company. Jayson also owns The Fucking Funny Shirt Company. You guessed it! they make funny shirts. For several years Jayson has owned the Third Monkey Marketing group, an out of the box marketing company.  Jayson also invests in rental property. One of Jayson/s favorite businesses is the Next Level Cruise company. Jayson arranges Coaching Cruises and retreats for some of the nations leading coaches.

Jayson is an expert at sales and marketing, developing successful business models and relationships, building brick-and-mortar as well as online direct-to-consumer retail businesses.

After attending Coach Burt's school of coaching, writing, and speaking Jayson went on to become one of Coach Burt's certified business coaches with the Monster Producer program. That's when Coach Burt helped Jayson build a reputation as the Blue-Collar Business Coach.

In 2018 Jayson was selected as one of Grant Cardone's 10X Ambassador's at the 10X Growth Con in Las Vegas.

Today Jayson is spends most of his time traveling and helping entrepreneurs.

Unlike most coaches, Jayson isn't interested in making coaching his main business, or even trying to make millions as a coach. Instead of chasing the numbers, trying to be everybody's coach, Jayson focuses on helping the "underserved" Blue-Collar business owners.  He knows the struggles blue-collar business owners face, and he feels lead to help them

While the majority of Business Coaches never built or ran a business other than their Coaching business, Jayson knows first-hand the struggles involved in building a Blue-Collar, service-based business. His coaching program not only helps his clients grow their businesses, but it also touches on dealing with failure.  Jayson will be the first to tell you the struggles are real.
